Our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy program is designed to help people of all genders and activity levels improve pelvic health, reduce pain, and restore function in a private, supportive, and empowering environment.

Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, navigating menopause, managing men’s pelvic health concerns, or are an athlete struggling with core dysfunction—this program is for you.

What Is Pelvic Floor Therapy?

Pelvic floor therapy focuses on the muscles that support the bladder, rectum, and reproductive organs. These muscles must function in harmony with the core, diaphragm, and hips to maintain stability, control, and comfort.

When the pelvic floor becomes weak, tight, or imbalanced, it can lead to problems like incontinence, pain, pressure, or poor performance. Our specialty trained physical therapists are specially trained to assess and treat these conditions with both clinical expertise and compassion.

What to Expect

We know this can be a sensitive subject—and we make it easy to take the first step:

  • Initial Evaluation: Includes medical history, symptom review, postural and movement screening, and pelvic floor assessment (if appropriate and with your full consent).

  • Customized Plan: Treatment designed to match your diagnosis, lifestyle, and comfort level.

  • Private Setting: Sessions are held in a calm, private space to ensure you feel respected and supported.

  • Education + Empowerment: You’ll learn about your condition and gain tools to continue your progress at home and in daily life.

Is pelvic floor therapy only for women?
Not at all. We work with men and women across the lifespan.

What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable clothing you can move in. Some sessions may involve movement assessments.

We do recommend an internal exam for full assessment of your condition but it is optional. Any internal assessment or treatment is done only with your full consent, and many effective techniques are external.
